Where the heck can I find a factory one? I have only seen them on automatics. Can I just swap out the center tach from an auto cluster?

If it is in the year group 1981 to 1985 Bronco, F150, and F250. When you pull the Tach also pull the plastic wiring sheet that it is connected to. Install the Tach in your cluster and replace the wiring sheet with the one you got with the tach. Reinstall the cluster into your dash. If your wiring is original it should work when connected (IE: plug and play). The tach from a 1980 will also fit but not the wiring sheet there is a change in the dash wiring between 1980 and 1981.

Hope this helps
