Kinda recently ive been noticing that when I brake sort of harder like down a hill or something, the truck wants to pull a bit to the right side. Could this be worn out brake pads? If so that would most likely mean they are worn and not doing their job on the left side, correct?

Sounds like a seized brake caliper piston or sliding pins on the left side to me. If you replace one, replace the other.
