Plea for help - No power to fuel pump

That's a good call on the inertia switch, i'll check that tonight. So I jumped the fuel pump relay and even with the pump running constantly it still wouldn't fire up. It trys and sputters. I'm think the fuel filter may be clogged. I bought a new one with the pump but it was the wrong one and the correct one is on order. I plan tonight to pop it open and see if it's clogged.

I'm at my wits end on this one. I've replaced the starter solenoid, pump relay, main fuel pump and fuel pump in front tank to no avail. spent all day last saturday chasing the wires through the dash and can't find where the issue is. is there a way to just run all new wiring to the pumps. I would like to get this truck running enough to sell it off. Yesterday I finally through up my arms, downed a bottle of extra strength ***itol and bought a '95 Bronco.
