Sure that's a '75? Your grille is a 78-79 grille and IIRC the 460 wasn't offered in the 250s/350s until 1978. I also don't see a gas cap behind the cab, which a '75 would have but at 78-79 would lack since the tank was moved to the "modern" location of underneath the bed. Here's what a '75 F-250 would be expected to look like:
However, the 78-79 grille and 460 big block are common enthusiast swaps into the 73-77s so you very well might have a 1975 with a later engine and grille or perhaps even a whole new front clip/cab. The only way to know is to look at the certification label and look for a date of manufacture or have the VIN run for model year.
Anyway, nice truck! The 3/4 and 1-ton dentsides are some of the toughest looking classic trucks, especially with a little bit of a lift like you have. Red is also in my completely biased opinion the best color for a Ford truck

I know, this one slams pretty good haha just checked the vin and it was a factory 360 truck and the first letters verify that it is a true Highboy.
