Yep, blue '78 2wd swb 302 auto/c6. Sold it shortly after purchasing my red one. I felt sorry for the blue one, from what I hear it used to be a super nice truck but the PO must have beat it from one end to the other. It was the only older truck I've had to have factory AC that still worked. I've had a few of these, the red one is #8.

Oh and Fomoco466, Love the truck!!!! If I had the money I'd put mine in the air like that. Dano

Default cluster lights

I pulled the cluster out and took it apart, pulled the green covers off of the lights, installed 194 LED bulbs....painted the gauges white, hand painted the numbers and lines, added a red and blue for the temp, orange marker for the 55 on the spedo....never seemed to get the needle to stop there though

at 65 on the speedo(@75 actual) she cruised at @2200 RPM

Default Halo headlight

I got them off Ebay..... type in halo headlight.... it uses replaceable bulbs for the headlight, and a socket for 194's on each side of the headlight. I used the same blue LED's as I used in the cluster, wired them up to my marker lights and wala....could wire them up to a switch too. I love them!

Default 73-79+ f150 dual electric fans

I've got a set up for those who want to get some extra ponies and get better cooling from the ol girls.

I know they aren't Ford parts I used but for under 50.00 I'm not gonna complain.

I pulled a dual fan set up off a salvage dodge intrepid... see pic. then I got a thermastat from Auto Zone for 16.00 the fan was 31.00 from pick and pull (salvage yard)

held up the fan after pulling the stock one, set perfect, drilled 4 holes, made a 1/2 spacer, slid some rubber hose along the edge (extra safety aginst rubbing) bolted it on. slipped in the probe for the thermastat into the upper Rad hose, ran the wires for the relay, off the batt, and the ingition switch so the fan would stop with the key off, and have power with it on, but it wont start till the temp is at the right degree, wired up the fans to run on high speed, extra cooling.... I let the truck sit on a 90 degree day in front of my house and with my 180 thermastat the truck sat with the needle sat in the middle of the M of the TEMP guage.

I'm running a 406 with long tube headers, flat top trw pistons, edelbrock intake, edelbrock 750 carb, power steering! 7500 miles on the motor!
