Seriously, if your looking to come down, good luck, I'm sure you will be surprised at the deal that can be had with a little research.
When I decide its time to get another I will most likely not be buying up here. I do most of my research down south to get accurate prices with fair bodies, for the most part the prices surprisingly are not that far off.

Here are some pics of my 84 names Hank. I'm in the process of restomoding him. Right now I'm working on rebuilding the 351w that came in it. But if that does not work out I'm thinking of putting a 460 in it.

Thats crazy, I just purchased basically the exact same truck last week! So excited to start restoring it. Question, did you do the floorboard replacement? I'm looking to do the same thing on mine. I'm pretty handy with a TIG welder so shouldn't pose a problem installation wise, but I'm wondering where to source a replacement. Any ideas? I dig the diamond mesh look!

Lmc has floor pans as for the diamond plate it came with the truck. Its screwed in so I can take them out and send pictures and dimensions if you want to make some yourself.

1982 F150 XLT Flareside
It's got the 351, 4 speed trans, and 4wd. Once it's running well I'm going to change out all the fluids (oil, trans, axles, coolant) and give it a bedliner paint job. I'll probably get a CB for it and run dual whips on the mirrors too... plus a rollbar for some KCs
