76 f250. The heat only works when moving, same for cool air. Would that mean the blower is bad or something?

More than likely. The good news is that you most likely are not clogged. I replaced the blower and it made no improvement. Then the heater core leaked. When I took it apart, I found a HUGE rats nest in the air compartment.

The blower can be tested with a battery, if it works, then the problem is either wiring or the switch.
