Default Getting hotter and hotter.

85 F-150 4x4 4spd The hubs are getting hot when I drive it. Jacked it up to spin the tire and it won't spin more than a few inches. Just did the bearings inside the hub, calipers and pads. They have been bled also. Replaced the old calipers because the piston would engage but not disengage. Any ideas?

One of 2 things that come to mind; You have your bearings too tight (tighten while turning, loosen, snug them) or from the original problem, your rubber brake lines could be screwed inside so you can force fluid through with the pedal to engage them but they can't disengage because they can't push the fluid back.
So if you open the bleeders, do they release ?

Bearing were only done on 1 side (so far). Was going to wait a few days to do the bearing on the other side. So I can't imagine that is the problem. I'll check today if they release with the bleeder. If so then what is the solution to the problem? They worked before the new calipers and pads without heating up. (Besides for the driver side but that was because of the bearings.)

Removed the bolt holding the brake line and took the top off the cylinder. Drained the brake fluid easy so I don't think the line is clogged. It did not release with the bleeder. Any ideas why it's still doing it?

If you opened the bleeder and the brakes didn't release then the calipers have to be faulty or installed improperly maybe ? That's the only things that come to mind without actually being able to look at them.
Are the sliders cleaned and greased ?

Grease, anti sieze, something. Caliper has to be able to slide back and forth freely. You might be able to force it one way with the pedal pressure but what forces it back ?
That may be the issue.

Greased it and it's still getting to hot to touch after a drive around town (around 10mi). Jacked up to do a free spin and it moved about 8 inches. Isn't supposed to spin twice around?
