Floor jack on the lip about 3/4 the way out tword latch side. Drill out the head of the pin. Use a punch to drive it out the bottom. Might need a chisel to cut the rest of the head off. Then you need to get the bushings out. Mine were a pain. Ended up unbolting the hinge bolted to the body so i could work. Trace the hinge with a sharpie so you can get real close to lining it up easily. Put in new bushings, rebolt the hinge, then insert new hinge pin.
15-20 minutes for the first one, about 7-10 for the other 3 after you get a feel for it.
