So I have an 84 f150 she's perrttty but she's a pain in the *** haha. Anyway...Today I went to the gym and my truck died. Long story short I winded up pushing her full speed and bump starting her to get home. Batteries good, okay check that off...solenoid is clicking and even after bypassing...still no start...okay starters bad.

*has beer*

*installs starter*

....still doesn't start LOL

Keeping calm I check the cables..cable from the solenoid to starter is good and cable from solenoid to battery is brand new. Cable from battery negative to starter is welllllll not so good...the copper was greener than the statue of liberty.


Moral of the story check your cables first lol because now its past 10 and all my auto stores are closed.

my negative to starter was the same. luckily it was one of the first things i checked when i had this problem. had to build my own dang cable though haha.
