Default 1984 F-150 4.9L clutch hydraulic line

Hi everyone. I searched but didn't find an exact answer. I've got a new master and slave cylinder for my clutch but both have screw-in fittings for the hose while my existing hose appears to be pushed in/on. Do I have the wrong parts? Do I need to find a steel flared line? And last, how do I detach that old line (from both cylinders)? I see what looks like a small allen screw on the master cylinder but I have a feeling that's not it.

Thanks in advance!

Ok, I figured this one out on my own. If anyone else is having the same problem, there is a roll pin which secures the line into its fitting in both cylinders. The pin is perpendicular to the hole into which the line inserts and runs through the cylinder body right at the edge of that hole.

Did you find a "special" tool was needed?, or hammer and Punch to remove the pin?

Thanks, Dave.

If your doing one use a awl or grind down a el cheapo phillips head screwdriver. Nothing "special" just some redneck ingenuity.
