Default Deciding between two trucks

Hey guys, I'm trying to decide between two trucks.

1. 85 bronco, mild built 302, 6" lift 35's, no rust. Needs paint
$5000

2. 82 F150 4wd, mild built 351, 4" lift 35's, no rust, swb, needs nothing
$4500

F150 much cleaner inside and out, but giving up having a back seat. Both are rebuilt motors and trans.

I'm not going to be much help, that's a tough call. Too bad you didn't have $9500 laying around! Personally I'm leaning towards the 150, but I'm always needing to haul something.

If it were me I think the bronco is much cooler and would be more fun to have.

I was leaning towards the bronco, until he dropped the price and raised it back up a week later. He's only had it a few months, needs a truck.

The f150 guy has owned it since 96, put alot of work into it. New floor plans, cab corners, bumpers, fenders, tailgate. Has a couple small leaks, slow drain on the battery.

Neither has working ac. I'm thinking the 351 is gonna be the better choice. Both have 3.55 gears.

I'm liking the F-150 sans the rims (just personal preference).

I lean towards the bronco if you can talk him down a little.

Buy something that fits what you intend to use it for. If you want something a little tough that you can use for work and off-road, the Bronco fits the bill. If you want something that looks pretty and can drive around the city, then the F150 would be a better choice.

Mostly a weekend truck to drive around town, haul stuff in the back. Already have a DD.

Light off road fun, nothing crazy
