Default Choke Adjustment?

Hey Guys! As the weather cools I am trying to get my choke adjusted to compensate. My truck is a 1986 F150 with the 351W Four Barrel carb. The choke is electric but I do understand how to adjust it. On the other carbureted vehicles I have had, you would loosen three screws and rotate the choke housing to get the desired adjustment. This looks similar but has only one screw and what looks like rivets for the other two. Also, on the driver side of the manifold, there looks to be a divorced heat sensor in a well there, similar to what I have seen on older MOPARS. Does this provide input to the choke. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
