Cab mounts
Can anyone tell me the easiest way to remove the mounts on a 78 f350., also do new mounts come with washers.

Take a look at their website
Depending on your truck's environment, removal can be a chore. Best I can advise is to use plenty of penetrating oil and maybe some heat, doing them one at a time.

Using the "Garage Talk" app on my Samsung Galaxy S6....Once the specific forum is open, at the upper right corner appears 3 vertical dots. Click on that and a drop box will open..
choose "New Thread".

Thanks for your help, not only did i get them removed i finally was able to get logged in here...what a chore that was, it has a delay in the password section that i wasn't familiar with but am here now.
Thanks again, I'll post some pics soon on my progress.
Well seems like logging ini was short lived now back to sq. 1, says my admin may have me blocked now, and no... I'm not buying a generous motors vehicle.

Adding a pic from 96' just after starting a build of my rotted original.
1st is 96' 2nd is 225 miles north and just b-4 my total build, well almost total.

Pics are date reversed, 2nd was 96' , 1st is this Jan. 4th. This pic is where i am today, cab mount etc. parts just arrived from LMC.
Now I'll clean frame, paint and repair one of 2 rotted cab mount.
