Default Ac compressor

Won't kick on, plug was corroded, cleaned it no dice, replaced nothing.. Where do I go from here.. Elec test the plug I assume to see if it's getting juice at all?

Yup check it to see if its getting juice if it is you either need the system refilled or the compressor is locked up

Well I can spin the inside by hand so I guess it's not locked? If its not getting juice then what? It's def empty as far as freon goes, I bought the retro fit kit but I didn't want to bother before I knew the compressor worked and I got a pressure test for leaks somehow..?

Well if its not getting juice then there's your problem. There should be an electrical connector on the compressor.

And being empty on freon will cause it to not kick on as well. If its got nothing to compress it won't kick on
