Default 85 F150 4x4 swap.

I have had my old F150 for a while and I have always wanted to make it 4 wheel drive. it a single cab short bed, with a straight 6 and manual 3 speed. I just bought an 83 Bronco, with a straight six, manual 4 speed and a 3 inch lift.
My plan is too rip the drivetrain out of the bronco, (minus the half tore down not running motor) and put in into the F150 lift included. aside from the different length rear drive shaft are there any issues I may run into.

Also should I shorten the f150 drive shaft, that has the slip yoke at the front. or buy a new longer bronco style one with the slip yoke towards the rear.
Thanks in advance

If it were my truck I'd take the 4 speed from the bronco also.

Oh yes that's happening.
I don't think I could make my 3 SPD mount to that transfer even if I wanted too.
And I have a newish clutch so I hope the input shafts are the same on both transmissions
