So while doing all this, I had replaced pretty much the entire brake system, because this was the cause for me to start the build. The booster went out on me one day while driving. So I had replaced the booster, master cylinder, rear cylinders, shoes, hardware kit, and a couple lines that needed it. Also I ordered some DJM lowering shackles for the rear leaf spring, to lower it about 2 inches, then for the front I used a Mr.Gasket coil spring compresser to give the truck a slight rake look. The first picture is when the truck had no engine in haha, think it looks funny.

So once that was done, the next step was to finally put the motor in. Now I started this project in January and by this time it was late June, So I was more than ready to get this all finished up.
So to mount the motor in, all I had done was unriveted the motor mount perches out of the F250 using a cutting torch and bolted them in the F150 after drilling new holes in the crossmember. It was super easy and straight forward. Well here are the pictures of the motor in its new home.

So once we got the motor in, it was just a matter of wiring up the msd 6al, and putting all the loose ends back together. While me and my dad were doing that I was saving my money to get some tires. Because the 205/60/15's were not gonna cut it for the big block power. So I had ordered some Bfgoodwrench ta's 255/60/15 for the front and 275/60/15 for the rear. The reason why I went with the smaller tire up front was because I wanted the rake look, like I had mentioned before. Well enough talking, more pictures.

So since I got it running, I have put in a sound system since the oem tape deck wasnt cutting it any more. So i put in a new headunit, front speakers, 6x9's behind the bench seat, and me and my dad made a box for 2, 10" subs, then have 2 amps to power it all. Changed the tail lights to 87, i think they look better.

I love having the big block in that truck, big difference from what i am used to driving. This is my first V8, let alone a big block. I come from the honda/import background but this truck is gonna be with me for a while. I really want to redo the rear end with some shorter gears and a posi. But all in time and money.

Thanks for the compliment, there is still some more to come, as soon as the cash flows a little more.
