Default 3/4 ton or 1 ton coil spring install in 1978 f150 for slight lift

I have a 1978 f150 4x4 that i want to lift anywhere from 1.5-3 inches in the front, i am wondering if anyone else here has installed 3/4 ton or 1 ton coils from a 2wd into their 4x4 and if so what were the results. i owned a 1994 f150 i installed coils from a 1 ton diesel in the front and it increased my lift by about 3.5 inches easily ( part of being my springs were worn and wounded 220 k miles and 18 years old). my springs are the stock springs from 1978, so i know just new ones will give me a little lift but i want to improve on that, and also have a slightly more stiff suspension also.

also my truck is a short box, and i was looking at springs from autozone, for a long box, "heavy duty replacement" ones that are .8 of a inch longer uncompressed. same 0.7 bar size. any thoughts on that?
