Center trim-it's the only option with multiple color options correct? Goes around the buttons and airbag

I have a Lariat, so it is a soft silver color. The Platinum have a brushed metal covering. Believe there is a darker color for XL or perhaps XLT or on the Sport Trim packages.

It doesn't matter, those are interchangeable between steering wheels. Do you have one available?

Default Wheel
I have a heated Lariat wheel from my 2016 and the "insert (buttons and trim piece) from a 2017 Platinum which has a brushed metal finish. The buttons are for non-ACC cruise.
