Post Window Buttons not working after Battery Change

I recently changed the battery in my 2009 F150 Lariat and now when I go to use the window button it charms and says door ajar on the display ? I have replaced the master window switch, fuse and relay and its still the same? What could be the issue here? Window worked fine before I changed the battery!

The door locks, window motor switches and the interior cab light dimmer all work through a unit called the RAP unit (Remote Auxiliary Power) This unit is located behind the passengers side kick panel. Changing the battery can put the unit in default. Try unhooking the battery for about 30 seconds and reconnect it. Test the windows. If it fails try it again several times. If it still has issues you may need to have it reflashed by a repair shop. Good luck
