Will tow mirrors bolt right up to my 08 XL?

Will tow mirrors bolt right up to my 08 XL?
As long as I get tow mirrors for the appropriate year will they bolt up to all the trim models? Also will I be able to wire in the turn signals or will I just have to leave them unplugged?
