I just recently had a guy come in that was running ams oil in a 2008 f150 5.4l after hitting 10k miles on his oil got a ticking noise and one was phasers and lower end. I tore him a new one for destroying a good engine especially when he stated that ford can't build a engine to save there *** and he should buy a Chevy. Need less to say I did do phasers and repaired his truck properly. All that I am saying is if something is wrong with a vehicle fix it properly and all will go good.
