Default what to look for in a '98?

Hello all, Chris here. I'm new to the site. I am going with my father to check out a 98 F-150 standard cab w/ longbed. He got rid of his old work van and needs a truck. He wants a V6. We are going to take another look at the one which is his favorite we've found so far. It has 135k in great condition and owned by a guy who runs a fleet of semis so its well taken care of (he was also a mechanic). What I'd like to know is some of the things I might look for when i go with him to evaluate the truck again tomorrow. Maybe where are the common oil leak locations, any known suspension issues, etc? Any thoughts and advice is appreciated. I'll be sure to check back in and post pics if we get one. Thanks again.
