Thank you so much, I have just purchased a 2010 Crew Cab and this is what is happening, guess I'll be getting the caulk gun out

Thanks for the ideas. I just started having this problem - 5.5 years and 120000km... suspect an ice storm we had got in and broke a seal. Seems to be the plastic cover in the back corner leaking into the cab. I sealed the brake light and still a leak. Might be the rear window itself. Hopefully a $7 tube of silicone will fix it. Can't find any other sources that it could be.

I ended up removing 3rd light and apply window seal, - no leaks now

Default Confirmed window leak

Confirmed that my rear window had a leak. There is a seal from the roof into where the window sits. The ice must have caused a shift on the window as the one side was slightly wider at the top between the frame than the other. So water leaked in that gap of the window and seal from roof. Windows didn't seem loose so I just used some silicon to seal it up. Fingers crossed that's all for now.

I'm now having the same problem with my 2010 Crew Cab. I was convinced it was the third brake light, so I sealed it up with clear silicone. I thought I had the problem solved...simple enough right? NOT...after a hard rain we had recently I opened my back door and the seats were soaked! just like the video on a prior post.

I took a garden hose and poured water around the back glass...nothing coming in. I'm going to focus on the cab corners were the black covers are riveted in.

I will continue to search for the problem.

Did you happen to find the problem?

I got the soaked rear seat and headliner issue. It's been raining lately which is good because we need the water really bad in CA, but man it sucks having a new to me truck('13 SuperCrew) that I pay for every month and has this issue. Gonna try the 3rd brake light fix today or tomorrow. Hopefully that's the issue. I may try the window bolts too. Wish me luck.

My 09 stx regular cab leaked in 2 places. The center brake light and the x-fm antenna.

well my first fix made it worse. So I grapped some RTV and gave it another go. Supposed to rain tonight so we shall see. Anyone have any tips for removing the stains in the headliner?
