Default Vehicle will not start please help

Have a 99f150 and when I opened my doors last night the panel lights and interior lights came on as they should. When I put the key in the ignition and turned I lost all power to the vehicle. No lights no clicking nada. I left the truck on a trickle charge from 9pm-5am and all power came back to vehicle. She I went to start it I lost all power again. Nothing turns on at all. The battery is like two months old so I don't think it's a battery issue. Thanks for any help.

In my opinion it's either a bad battery, or a bad connection at the cables.

This^ or the cable itself could be bad. If the connections are clean and tight get a 12v test light and probe the + battery cable about 6" from the battery end and watch it as you try to start the truck, if the light goes out the cable is bad.

Will look at both. I checked the cables last night and they're tight, no corrosion and my battery meter shows full charge on the battery.
