Default Turn Signal / Hazard Problem

At my wits end here. I've been toying with this issue for a few months.

Problem: Hazards do not work. Left turn signal works with and without the headlights on. But, when I DO turn the lights on. The right turn signal stays on.
Also, if I use the right signal. It doesn't show the blinking hazard lights, but all the turn signals outside the cab blink.

Solutions I've tried:
- Replaced all the bulbs, found some bad grounds, cleaned 'em up. That's how the left side started working.
- Replaced the fuse and blinker ( That round cylinder thingie. )
- Replaced the Multi-function Turn signal/hazard thing in the steering column and cleaned up the wiring there as well.
- Cleaned up the two connections for the tail-lights underneath the truck.

From what I can see, there doesn't seem to be any problem with the wires. But, I was considering hacking them all our and wiring it fresh.

Is there something I missed that I should check out?

Could it possibly be a bad socked in one of the lights? I do have a gut feeling it may be the passenger front turn signal. That one I have to play with it to get it right.

Any help is much appreciated!
