Default Tune up recommendations

So i just bought my first Ford... I need to do the tune up and as i am a parts person (i dont tend to wrench much myself) i am looking for advice on which brand plugs to use. I've heard that the crimp joint on the SP-515 is a real **** when it comes to removal. I would like to make the best choice so Ford guys... Thoughts?

You must be running a 3v 5.4? I've never owned a 3v but have had friends bit*h about plug changes them self and complain about how much the stealership charges. There may be a go to plug for the 3v that I'm uneducated about but usually for plug changes, no matter brand Ford, Chevy, Yota, Nissan, etc... I always go with NGK in my DDs, race rigs, ATVs, even boats lol. I wish I was more help but there is plenty of others with 3v knowledge here. GL

The SP515 is the replacement plug for the SP507 with the weak crimps

i would recommend staying with Motorcraft plugs and also replacing the boots and springs while you are at it.

Here you go man. Go with whatever you please. Some of us like factory/OEM. Nothing wrong with them on a stock truck... and the rest of us (LIKE ME) need some thing a little more. Brisk makes a hell of a plug too but it's just hard for me to get away from what works expecially at high HP levels and drives stock. Solid performer.

And check out the price on the second link bro... you're welcome

Oh and BTW, word on the street has always been Autolite manufacturers Motorcrafts plugs. Not saying that's bad, just a little FYI.
