Your oil was hot and thin. Your cam phasers didn't lock in place and the cam timing was off. Why it seems to happen backing up, I have no idea, but exactly the same thing has happened to me in the past as well as other people. It's a 5.4l 3v issue.

Had nothing to do with the tune.
