Truck Bouncing - New brakes
2001 f150 4x4 4.6
When I hit my brakes my truck would bounce from the rear quite a bit...to the point I would hold my drink to keep it from spilling over if to full. My steering wheel didn't shake so my thought is it's in the rear. I changed to new brake pads and even installed new rotars all the way around.
The problem smoothed out for quite a bit but it's still there. Also, I get a shake from the rear when I hit 70 plus. Thinking this is two problems but thought I'd post just in case. Thinking second problem might be u joints.
Any thoughts on what to do next?

shocks
How many miles does your truck have? Did you look at your shocks to see if one or both of them are leaking? THey call it axle tramp when the shock can't dampen out the wheel hop.

Check the ABS system (under the hood). It controls the flow of brake fluid during a heavy stop. The feeling is like a pulsing/hopping sensation in the peddle . It may be activating too soon.
