injectors 1,4,6,& 7 give me a steady on while 2,3,5,& 8 blink. This tells me that the PCM is not ground switching in order to complete the circuit. The PCM was sent out to be tested and came back and said to pass all tests. Now I'm questioning the testing of the PCM. I don't have a block diagram or schematic of the PCM so I am unable to determine what tells the PCM to sequence the injectors. This is getting to be a real pain, thanks again for your help.

I'm inclined to agree the pcm sounds very suspect. If you verified the signal wire to the pcm is NOT shorted to ground the only thing left IS the pcm, the injector pulse is controlled sequentially internally.
