Default Transmission Help needed

Howdy, This is one of my first posts, I have '99 Scab with 175K miles...
V6 4.2L 2WD...
I took it to a shop to get my transmission fluid drained and filled. I specifically said do not flush it... well now my receipt says they did a flush. That was Sat... On sun on my way back to austin (luckily only 5 miles from my house) My transmission stopped shifting into 3rd. My wife was driving because I had to work the next morning. She says the cruise was on and it was driving fine when it downshifted to accellerate back up to speed while going up an incline. That is when the problem started... I drove the rest of the way at 35mph and decided to let it rest over night. Then Monday it wouldn't shift into 3rd. Today I called the shop and they say "its not our fault"

Any Ideas suggestions or help???

Maybe the spring broke in the 3-4 accumulator or the accumulator is out itself. Either way I would pull it out and check.
