Default Rear end noise

Hello. About a month ago I started to get this grinding type noise at low speeds, then at higher speeds it turns to more of a whistle. It stays the same weather im turning, slowing down. I get no vibrations out of it at either speeds. I originally thought it was parking brake but after checking and replacing everything noise is still there. Second attempt was replacing rotors, pads, rebuild calipers. No fix. Now I'm thinking its my rear axel bearing? I did notice my right real seal leaking so that's my next job. Also the noise is only heard while sitting in my truck, can't hear it when moving outside. Any ideas? Tired of doing all this work with no fix. Any help will be much appreciated.

Ok, I replaced my rear axle bearings and seals. Filled diff up with mobile 1 diff fluid and friction modifier only to still make all the sound it was making before. At low speeds its like a grinding/rubbing noise then at high speeds its more of like a whistle. I really want this to go away. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm going to record the sound and upload it so everyone can listen to see what I'm talking about within the next couple days!

Well, ken, I'm reading your posts, but don't know how to help. You sure it's from differential? Post sound...
