I don't think that would be offered in the aftermarket world, jack that would work maybe yes, but not the handle. You'd get both from a wrecking yard and I'm sure it's easy to find a 12th gen 09-14 F150 with the spare tire tools you'd need.
And they can ship them to you if you can't drive down to them. You might price them at your dealer, only because on the handle, due to the possible length difference you may get between a screw with a 5.5 bed vs a std cab with a long bed, I wonder if the tool that lowers the spare might be of different length between just those 2 models. 5.5 to 6.5 bed I would think the only difference in length is ahead of the axle but I could be wrong.

Did you look in the tray below the right rear seat? Remove the tray from under the left rear seat (where the refuel funnel is located), and loosen the wing nut in the center of the vehicle.
