Default Timing or fan belt issues?

I've got an '05 F150 STX, about 90k.

Past few months I"ve noticed a noise that makes my truck sound like a go cart, electric car, or those amusement car rides that you drive around a track.

It does it when I idle but becomes louder when I accelerate...it's not really a hum, just a constant running sound that's pretty obvious if a drunk girl comes up to my truck and tells me it sounds like ****.

Pretty sure it's a the fan belt? What would the cost be on this with labor usually?

It could be a tensioner or pulley so it would be hard to give you an estimate without really knowing what the problem is. Go onto one of the auto parts web sites and price out everything it might possible be because in the long run you'll be better off replacing everything. Belt, tensioner and idler pulley, check your fan clutch since you'll be right on top of it. Good luck.
