Ticking sound in f150

Ticking sound in f150
Can someone please help me? I am getting a slight ticking sound when idling the it ticks faster and faster as I accelerate. I have looked at cam phaser ticks, look at vct solenoid videos, exhaust leaks, took it to the mechanic and honestly don't think he really looked at it because he said he couldn't hear anything. I am stumped and don't want to dump money for someone to charge me an arm and a leg to diagnose the issue. I have uploaded a video of what I am hearing. Can someone please help me out. Is this just normal engine noise for the 5.4? I have no check engine lights or anything.
