I know this subject has been beat to death, but I change oil at 5K/full synthetic, always change the filter. (easy to remember 5k)

This is a 2013 5.0 , no towing.

When I reset my oil change timer, it showed I had 67% remaining. This thing holds 7.7 qts w/filter.

The oil filter is a pain as it leaks oil all over, so.
If I change oil like normal every 5k, then oil/filter at 10k, foresee any problems?

Anyone with the 5.0 knows how big a pain the filter is.

I learned a trick from another post on this, put a plastic bag over the filter then unscrew it. Worked for me just the other day!
