It seems as though I have a short in my steering wheel volume control. I can hardly use it because when I do, it changes the channel on me. So frustrating. I guess I need to figure out how to pull that so I can see if the problem is obvious. Anyone know how to do that?

The problem could be with the current programming of the FCDIM.

Need to find someone with IDS to verify it has the latest calibration, local dealer or other.

really? i figured it was a short. it doesn't always do it but it does most of the time

Everything in our trucks is computer controlled, have to start with the basics or throw parts at it until it's fixed.
