speedometer 15% too fast.

Turns out the dealership was just retarded. Took it to another shop and he adjusted the tire size and the axel ratio

My speedo out 10-15 % faster you drive, was normal before rear gear work, rebuilt with new gears. Original gears 3:73 what's wrong?
