Default Is a special tool or bracket really needed to replace manifold on 2008 F150?

Our truck has been on a rack at a Ford dealership for 4 days. We are being told that a special tool or bracket is needed to install the new manifold. Today is Saturday and they are telling us it may be Monday or Tuesday before it comes in. This is my husbands work truck and it's affecting our livelihood. We bought the premium warranty, which will be expiring in 3 months. They are telling us that the warranty will only pay $28 day for a rental and that they don't have a loaner. We think this is BS. It's not our fault that they took the truck apart and don't have everything needed to fix it! #1. Shouldn't the dealership have the tools needs for all repairs? #2 Shouldn't they be able to borrow the tool/bracket from another dealer or have the shipment expedited? Any suggestions?
