You can't even use the tool cause it's not broke so what do I do do you have to break it and how would I do that? Any help is appreciated

Use a screwdriver or long nose pliers and break the ceramic off, then fish the top part of the spark plug out. You can then use the lisle tool. It's not too uncommon.
Be sure to use compressed air and blow the small pieces of ceramic out before using the lisle tool.

Sorry for your pain. Check out the photo in the First post in this thread: https://www.f150forum.com/f4/5-4l-3v...09-07-a-56871/
The plug on the right is what you are dealing with. Apparrently the electrode is just bending back and forth on yours. You "HAVE TO" manage to pull the long electrode out of the ceramic thats left in the plug snout that's carboned up in the cylinder head. You may have to buy some good sturdy long nosed plires or some other similar tool - but once you get that top part out the Lisle tool will complete the job just fine.

Nobody promised you a rose garden! Lol
Seriously, I have a pair of long nose pliers with about 3 1/2" jaws and a fair distance before the grips widen out. Say it's gotta' come outa' there cuz I ain't removing the head. Guess I'd be twisting that bastard back and forth until something gave.
If it's the rear on Bank 1, remove the PCM and lay it over on the wheel well, then remove the PCM bracket. Bank 2 is a different story. Just have to get neck stretcher and smaller hands !!???!!!
