Spark plug/cop change, what are these that I found afterwards?

Default Spark plug/cop change, what are these that I found afterwards?
So I did a spark plug/cop change and I found these 1.5" cylindrical black pins they look like afterwards and not sure where they came from? Fuel rails the only thing I can think of?


2000 f150 xlt-5.4 4x4
