Siezed oil Filter=Not Starting??
Ok, so last night I tried to change the oil. Could not get the oil filter removed. The canister dented in, and decided it would be cheaper to drive it in to get an oil change today than to have it towed if I broke the filter completely without being able to remove it.
So I go to drive it to the shop today, and it wont start. It makes a continuous clicking sound so long as the key is turned over.
Dead battery? If so, the question is why?? What did I do when I attempted to remove the filter? Is there a wire down there that might have gotten disconnected? I did not leave the lights on or anything like that...

Why would you say that?? Seems like a legitimate question to me...!
I did forget to mention that it is a 2003 f150 4.6. If you don't have any ideas or suggestions on what might be going, then that's fine...just don't bother replying. Thanks.

If you have battery charger put it on and charge battery. Forget for now that the two things happened together and just diagnois the problem. Maybe dirty battery connections.
Also put couple drops of engine oil on oil filter rubber ring when installing.
