Default Repetative sound at speed under power from trans/shaft?

Hi

I have a repetitive almost knocking sound when I'm under power over about 30MPH.

It seems to be coming from underneath and to the rear (prop shaft, UJ, rear diff?) but it's difficult to tell as it seems to sound from everywhere in the cab.

The best way I can describe the sound as if there's a patch on a rear tyre or I'm running over painted lines in the road - not so much of a hard knock more of a softer noise.

It increases when I speed up and only goes away if I put her in Neutral or take my foot off the gas and it seem to randomly vary in it's intensity.

Any ideas? I'm going to get the fluids changed and may change the diff oils while I'm at it.

Any help much appreciated!

Thanks!!
