Default Rear end "Clunk" 1 piece driveshaft

I just bought a 2010 F150 with only 35000 miles on it. I have noticed at a slow roll, if I apply brakes kind of hard, I get a loud bang coming from the rear end. I saw several threads that describe the slip yoke being the problem, but I have a one piece driveshaft and I don't really know if that was an issue with them. I purchased an additional warranty, so I wont be coming out of pocket if it is the driveshaft. I checked my U-Joints, and they seem to be fine (no slack, etc) PLEASE HELP!!!
