Default Radio connections

I have an 07 FX4 SC. I'm adding an aftermarket Kenwood head unit. My current setup is an Audiofile 6 disc cd changer, XM radio, and factory sub w/amp. The system has 3 connectors on the back. I've been told that one is for the power and speakers, and one for the amp and sub. Does anyone know what the 3rd connector is for. I went to the local Best Buy for my wiring harness, but the kit listed for my setup only has 2 connectors. Could the 3rd connector be for my xm radio? Any ideas?

I believe the 3rd connector is for the amp cables. In case you run an amp off the stock head unit. I have the same three connections and I believe you'll only need the wiring harness I linked.

Kind of late and you may have figured this out already but the third is for the AUX input, SAT radio, and DVD. http://metraonline.com/files/products/INST71-5520-1.pdf
