Default Question about changing an engine

I am wondering how it should take for a dealer to change an engine in a 2007 f150 with a rebuilt long block? thanks for any help.

It depends on the dealership but no more that a couple of weeks. If you don't lock in a delivery time and put a cap on what they are allowed to fix along with the motor it could take 4 to 6 weeks or more. If you haven't taken it yet I'd price an independent shop installing a factory long block instead. Good luck
