Sounds like they are far to desperate for a sale? If its a decent truck they will be able to sell it again so why there getting there nose bent out of shape because the customer is not happy is a worry. Makes it very unlikely you will go back there for your next truck and thats what they should be trying for if they want a long standing business.

When you make a purchase, it is assumed they can deliver to you what you purchased. Since they could not, and since the vehicle repair might be considered a material change to the vehicle, you might want to consult any attorney.

You learned a lesson. Never sign until you accept delivery.
