Default Power Window Question

I have a 1994 F150 XLT with power windows. Currently my driver side window goes down with no issue but it will not go up unless I help it up. Has anyone seen anything like this? I don't know anything about it and was curious if this sounded like something that might be able to be fixed or will it need to be replaced?

Thanks in advance!

Probably the regulator if the motor runs and won't go up. You'll have to pull the door panel and have a look.

If you can hear the motor running but its not bringing the window up pull the motor out and rebuild it. It take 3 small ballbearings to fix. its a comman problem.

Thanks for the info, I'm going to check into pulling it out and doing a rebuild this weekend.

That is what you need. Working at a dealer we never really look at aftermarket option. We always stick to OEM. So I never knew this was out there. I personally would do both sides. Its a simple fix also. Take out the motor and replace.
