Default Power Steering Issue

I searched the forum and couldn't find the answer.

I have a 2004 F150. Yesterday everything worked fine. Today not so much.

My power steering fluid was low so I had it filled when I had my oil changed or so I thought. They didn't fill it and it was quite low when I checked it this morning after the power steering stopped working. I went by and got some PSF and put it in before reading I should use ATF. It still doesn't work.

I read through the posts and see it should be bleed any air out on its own with driving but it hasn't yet anyway. Also the wheel is cocked off to the right now when the tires are straight. In full right tilt the tires rub more than normal and to the left not at all. I couldn't find any fuses that listed power steering anything in the manual.

So, is my pump cavitated and needs priming? Is it fried because of lack of fluid? Is it something else that just happened when my fluid was low?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
