Default 05 4x4 rear crankshaft seal

Discovered the other day that my rear crankshaft seal is leaking. How hard is it to replace, or about how much would it cost at a repair shop?

Check with a trans shop first since it will have to slid back or be removed to get access.

Yeah, after talking to some people, I found out that it's not too hard to do. Just drop the trans and transfer case and replace the seal. Still gonna have to take it to a shop though. I don't have the tools/jacks necessary.

If it isn't leaking too bad i suggest getting a bottle of Bars Rear Main Seal Stop Leak I have an older model f150 that would leak out a quart every other week. I got a bottle of that stuff. Now just a couple drops overnight.
